Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add the pork cubes. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is tender and the sauce has thickened.
